A foundation company that measures the floor before it names a number
We started because the standard experience in this trade is a salesperson walking a crack line and arriving at a pier count, and because in a city where more than half of adults hold a degree, people deserve to be shown the arithmetic.

Edmond passed 100,000 residents in 2025 and is the fifth-largest city in Oklahoma. Around seven households in ten own their home here, the median home value sits near $351,400, and the city's biggest employers are the school district, the University of Central Oklahoma, the City itself and the local hospital. It is a settled, well-educated place where people tend to stay, improve the house, and research a decision before making it. It is also built almost entirely on Permian red clay that swells and shrinks with the seasons, so a great many of those houses move.
Edmond Foundation Works arranges residential and commercial foundation work across Edmond, Deer Creek, Guthrie, Piedmont, Yukon, Mustang, Nichols Hills, Bethany, The Village and the smaller communities east of the city. Oklahoma issues no state trade license for foundation repair, so nobody in this market holds one; what applies instead is general liability and workers' compensation cover, local contractor registration where a jurisdiction requires it, and a building permit for structural repair. We carry the first, hold the second where it applies, and pull the third.
How we work
The survey comes before the opinion
Every inspection starts with a floor elevation survey taken on a rotating laser, room by room, written down and handed to you. A crack tells you something moved once. A contour tells you the shape, the extent and the direction, and it is the only basis on which a pier count means anything.
The cause, before the repair
Drainage, grading, downspouts, irrigation, trees and under-slab plumbing are all examined before a structural scope is written. A substantial share of the movement in this area is driven by water that somebody can simply redirect, and repairing over a live cause means doing the work twice.
A scope you can take elsewhere
Written, itemized, pier by pier, with locations, method, criteria, access, restoration and exclusions set out in plain terms. If you want to put it beside another company's proposal, that is what it is built for, and we would rather be compared than trusted blindly.
We are willing to say nothing is wrong
Plenty of cracking in Edmond houses is shrinkage, initial settlement or old movement that stabilized years ago. When the readings say so, the report says so. An inspection that ends without a job is a perfectly good outcome and it happens regularly.
