Referral marketing disclosure
An open letter about who we are, who turns up at your house, and where the money goes.
Revised October 2026.
If you are reading this page you have probably worked out that something about how this business operates is worth asking about. It is, and we would rather set it out ourselves than have you wonder.
Edmond Foundation Works is a marketing and booking operation covering foundation work across Edmond, Oklahoma County and the north Oklahoma City metro. The telephone number on every page reaches us. Calls arrive around the clock; outside working hours an automated assistant takes your name, number and a description of what the house is doing, and a person rings you back. There is no premises you can walk into, because there is nothing to walk into — this is a service that travels to properties.
The inspection, the elevation survey and the work itself are carried out by independent foundation contractors we have arrangements with in the area, carrying their own general liability and workers' compensation cover and operating under their own agreement with you. Which contractor attends depends on the kind of foundation involved, where the property sits, and who has capacity that week. When a booking turns into a job, that contractor pays us a referral or advertising fee. The arrangement sits between us and them. It does not sit on your invoice, and it does not alter the figure in your scope.
A few consequences of that arrangement are worth making explicit. You can ask who is attending before anybody is scheduled, and you will be told. The written scope handed to you by the contractor is the price — whatever commercial arrangement exists in the background, it does not reach into that document. Seeking a second opinion on a foundation scope is an entirely reasonable thing to do and we will not discourage it; we have occasionally looked at another company's proposal and concluded it was the right one. The contractors are independent, which means their insurance and their warranty terms are theirs, so ask to see the certificate and read the agreement you sign.
We also measure where enquiries come from, using call tracking, form tracking and cookieless site analytics that count visits without building a profile of anyone. Calls may be recorded, and a notice tells you so before you speak to anyone. That is measurement rather than anything that touches your price, and the privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected and where it goes.
Anything here that remains unclear is worth a telephone call. If you want to know who would attend your property, whether a referral is involved, or how to reach a contractor directly, ask on (405) 358-4561 or write to hello@edmondfoundationworks.com, and you will get a direct answer rather than a careful one.
